Well the producer that Ador selected for NewJeans is known and that's a guy who produced B-sides for SM groups when he was at his prime (long time ago) 
So, I don’t see how it’s possible to believe that NewJeans will maintain the same quality of music and level of success if they remain under ADOR.
Best thing would be for NewJeans members to be able to choose their producer, Danielle and Hanni seems to have a lot of connections. But it's very unlikely that Ador would accept to give them so much freedom

During the injunction, Ador CEO was crying and said that she was doing it only because she liked the girls and wanted them to come back. The week after they won the injuction, Ador were already requesting huge fine for each injunction breach
Apparently they requested 2 billions but the judge decided 1 was enough. Wouldn't surprise me that Ador wanted those fine to be retroactive (for ComplexCon) -
The girls are on hiatus and are aware that they can't engage in entertainment activities without Ador approval. The decision to impose a fine if they don't respect the injunction make sense since the Judge probably want to avoid that another huge breach like ComplexCon takes places. Not really a bid deals, they will stay on Hiatus as planned until the appeal or the main trial decision

That's a not really a new ruling and it's not linked to the appeal that has yet to be scheduled, that's additionals injunction requests from Ador following their first injuction win. It changes nothing for the girls beside knowing the amount thay have to pay if they don't respect the injunction so i don't know why it's making so much noise. It's probably to be sure that no new event like ComplexCon will take place. Updated my message since it's still something new that was decided this week
